Facebook is used by over 600,000,000 people and has a further 20,000,000 fans every day, so it would be crazy not to get involved. I think it’s a great incentive to encourage people to use social media and visit the dealer’s site.
The scheme benefits the dealer as it’s, cost effective, drives natural traffic to the Facebook page and website, produces viral marketing, creates a great customer relationship and is a digital and managed solution. But at the same time it will be a challenge to see if the customer returns for the after sales service.

Points are rewarded by social interaction, the more you interact the more points you obtain. The points are then allocated to rewards that can be won.
