Congratulations to Hyundai, who have been awarded Car Franchise of the Year at the 2011 Motor Trader awards for the second year.
From
winning this award it is clear that their ongoing sales success, after
scrappage and dealership relationships are key to making their franchise
a success.
Editor of Motor Trader, Curtis Hutchinson expressed:
"Hyundai's sales growth in 2010 proved that the brand was not a
one-trick pony dependent on scrappage sales. This is a franchise on the
move delivering desirable new product, sensibly priced and with a
five-year warranty. No wonder dealers want to represent Hyundai."
I
think Curtis has summed up exactly what Hyundai represents, reliability
at an affordable price and this is why dealers are proud to represent
the company all over the UK including used Hyundai Northern Ireland.
Managing
director of Hyundai Motor UK Ltd, Tony Whitehorn said: "This is a
fantastic achievement to have been recognised in this way for the second
year running and is testament not only to the product but also to the
efforts and investment made by the Hyundai UK staff and all of our
dealers."
"Hyundai has a real momentum in the market place at
present. The product range has been completely revitalised over the
last few years and there are some exciting new products just around the
corner."
Hyundai have had a successful year when it comes to
awards, only a couple of months ago Which? magazine awarded them
the prestigious award of Best Car Manufacturer 2011. They came out on
top of their competitors BMW, Mazda, Skoda and Toyota, definitely a
great achievement to receive from the largest consumer body in the UK.
Which? represent the consumer to achieve the best information possible,
and have comended Hyundai "as a company that not only offers outstanding
products but that also delivers exceptional value and a great customer
experience".
